Who We Are

Omnia-Connexions is a legal search firm with a focus on the London private practice market. We are in the business of connecting people and our primary purpose is to source, facilitate and secure the right connection for you, in all respects.

With experience successfully placing lawyers at varying levels across boutique, UK, international and US law firms in London, we work across all practice areas to help connect the lawyers we represent to the firm they are looking for, and vice versa. With strong knowledge of the market and close relationships with law firms in the City, our role is to make the process as straight forward and effortless as possible for both the law firms and lawyers we work with. We invest time to understand the unique and specific needs and considerations of each lawyer looking to take the next step in their career and each position we search for, which enables us to provide an excellent and tailored service.

Underlying everything we do at Omnia-Connexions are the very important principles of recruitment; honesty, integrity and strong ethics and we are committed to helping the law firms we work with in promoting equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace – a responsibility that we share, as it all begins with those important initial introductions.

Our objective is to create lasting connections, between the lawyers we represent and the law firm’s they join, whilst developing our own long-lasting relationships in the process.
